My very last customer of the pre ~ Christmas chaos~ all management was busy readying for day after chaos, when I hear a high strung Woman cataloguing her thoughts. Behind me. Jackets. Jackets. Theres the jackets. I said, Maam you sound like you need my help. So a few minutes before we closed, we set about outfitting her 20 year old son for Christmas. When all needs were finally met, and her anxiety relaxed, I told her to have a very blessed Christmas. She again said thank you, and what was your name? I said Im Scott, as i offered my hand. She took my hand, and said,Scott, Im Briget...... The knot was in my throat immediately. Merry Christmas Sister. I got the message, and I Love you always. Bubba~
