My warm up to my workout!! This is from the 21 day fix! My heels have been bothering me so my dr told me to ease up and not do the high impact moves (running jumping jacks etc) thought I would share because a lot of people say what if I cant do those crazy insanity workouts??? No problem !!! Start here and build up! Eventually you will get there if you stick to it! :) so here is a minute and a half!! Try it today!! Repeat it a few times if you are up to it!! Let me know how it went!!
