My whole life Ive been told or thought NOT TO SNACK. That if we become hungry between meals we must deal with the irritating hunger pangs and save ourselves for lunch/dinner, etc. Personally, when Im STARVING I make bad choices and attack my meal like a wolf. To avoid the wolf attack situation, Im concentrating on eating real food 5-6 times a day. That way Im never starving. Real food means food in its most natural or basic form. Not out of a package or a box. Ingredients in a hard boiled egg: egg. Ingredients in grapefruit: grapefruit. Ingredients in a bowl of cucumber: cucumber. Snack away!
