My wife Katrina Seidler has nominated me for the thankfulness challenge. I dont normally take part in these sorts of chain-things because they get kind of spammy and lose their novelty fast, so I wont nominate anyone. I do think its worthwhile to think and talk about the things in life were thankful for, so Ill take part in that side of the challenge. Today, I want to say how thankful I am for the people who were once close to me, but who have drifted away for whatever reason. There are so many friendships that have had an impact on the person Ive become. The fact that things in life have shifted the dynamics of those relationships can never change how much the relationships matter. Things dont have to go on forever to be meaningful, and Im thankful for the memories, lessons, emotions, and all the ways your influence in my life has led to where I am now.
