My wife Smt. Tika Maya Chamling joins me to condole the passing away of former Minister late Bhim Raj Rai. Late Rai was a leader extremely concerned about the welfare of the poor and downtrodden and who contributed immensely to the development of the State. The sad passing away of late Rai has created a huge vacuum in the political arena of the state. I pray Almighty to grant strength and courage to the family members in this hour of bereavement and irreparable loss.
