My wife has had an amazing pregnancy thus far. Her worst complaint has been a little heartburn. I fully believe that her active lifestyle and continuing to work hard (though very controlled and appropriately scaled for her skill level, which is high) are to thank for the amazing past 33 weeks. This is Karisa Millers last performance (for now) and its now time to tone it down again for the home stretch. I cant even describe how proud I am. Karisa IS my hero. This video will undoubtedly spark some you cant do that youre pregnant thoughts in some peoples heads. I dont care and dont want to hear it. The other 4 girls in this video are the same level as my wife and as experienced. If Karisa wasnt pregnant, that is what she would be doing and what I mean when her part in the routine was scaled appropriately.
