My wife is suffering from a debilitating lung condition called “Chronic Aspiration” what is happening is her acid reflux is sending stomach acid up her esophagus and spilling over into her lungs, causing scarring to the esophagus and lungs, this damage makes it hard for her to breath and she is on oxygen 24/7 to help her breath until these next two surgeries can be performed. We’re being sent to Vanderbilt Medical Center because that is where the top doctor in our region is and were hoping the procedures can be done soon as her condition is worsening day by day. It is taking a toll on the whole family and we just want her back to her old self as soon as possible…
