My wife & kids just had a horrible experience at your Maryland Parkway store in Las Vegas, NV. After shopping tonight for well over an hour, we made our way through the checkout line & our bill was close to $200 dollars. Next my wife asked the lady at the register for change of a twenty dollar bill. The cashier told my wife no and said that she needs to go to the customer service counter in order to get change. So my wife did so. But now the people at the customer service counter will not give us change unless we make a purchase. My wife explained that we just purchased over $200 dollars worth of merchandise and they still refused to help her. , unless she made another purchase. My god, what has happened to friendly customer service. My wife and kids were standing there with a grocery cart full of merchandise and still they want more money. The store managers name was BEV. She was not at all helpful and was very rude to my wife. Then I told my wife to RETURN EVERYTHING. Which we did, all because of unfriendly staff and no customer service abilities. The sad thing is, my wife and kids love Target and we shop at that location 2 or 3 times a week, no joke. We spend on average $ 1,000 a month or more. And now, we will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Walmart will welcome our business.
