My wifes anniversary poem to me. Aaron and Holly met very young Just out of high school their lives barely begun Both 17 and seeking Gods will God was working his plan to fulfill Their churches met up to travel together To Mexico they went on a missions endeavor From two different states, they sent letters by snail mail There werent any texts, no cells phones or email They talked on a landline - Aaron paid for long distance drove 10 hours to visit which took some persistence Two years went by and they married Went into ministry (which has not varied) Four children were born to them, two girls and two boys For sure in their home there was plenty of noise They served Jesus together with music and heart And all sang together each one sang a part 34 years later the family has grown Each of the kids have kids of their own God has given love beyond measure Its a gift from above - a very great treasure
