My wife’s birth records state her last name is Hunter. Her mother remarried to a Columbus Ohio Police Officer, last name Farley, when Sandy was very young. Farley did not adopt Sandy, but took his last name and was always considered her dad. Mr. Farley rose to be a Lieutenant with the police force. He went out on a domestic call. Walking up to the door, the perpetrator shot thru the door and killed him. Three weeks ago we went on a quest, with help from friends in Ohio, to find Sandy’s biological father. All of us spent many hours on the net and phone. The sad news, we found him, he died in 1985 and is buried in Centerburg, Ohio. Not giving up we began looking for his siblings. The good news, we found them. Sandy has spoken with her brother for the first time in her life. He is only her half brother ,but that makes no difference to us. Surprise, there are three sisters also. The puzzle is almost complete.
