My wonderful company are looking for new sales staff in our front line life insurance team - outbound, ‘warm’ lead telesales– there are various different roles available, hopefully the below description helps but any questions etc please email our recruitment manager John Lush on [email protected] Trainee – Previous sales experience is not necessary here but you will be very driven, very determined to learn and very enthusiastic. Think of it as almost an apprentice role. You will earn a basic of approx. £14k but have a realistic OTE of £25k. The hours will be on a ‘clock in, clock out’ system and may involve 1 or 2 ‘late shifts’ a week, for example 11am-8pm. Consultant – You will need to have some sales experience. Again, clock in clock out type of role. You will have a basic of approx. £18k but have a realistic OTE of £35k. You can progress from this role to a senior role if you show the right drive and attitude, and deliver a result of course! 9-6 Mon to Fri Senior Sales – You are at the top of your game at the moment, you are an exceptional sales person and have been earning very good money. The basic will start around £22k, but go up in tiers to £30k after 12 months. OTE is £50-60k but of course you can earn considerably more. You will be expected to do the hours you need to not only meet your targets, but also smash them. This is a high pressure, but very high reward role.
