My word for 2015-Positivity This was my notes from a sermon 1/1/2012 Michael Jones Goal Getter 01/01/2012 Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:12-14 NIV) • Do not live life in your rear view mirror Change your glance. Change your focus. Stop focusing on whats behind you. Forgive YOURSELF! • Never loose sight of your goals Find out what your goals are Go after them -- Press on Dont run at the first sign of trouble. Step up. • Create sustainable effort. Dont set yourself up to fail. • There will always be MORE to obtain. Never stop setting goals. Growth never retires (Trinas thought) Remove roadblocks (including people) LATER, may never come. Carpe Diem! There is NO age limit or minimum on success. Speak positivity into your goals and efforts. (The Secret).
