My youngest kids have a ring toss game that is quite heavy & is really for outdoor use in the summer, they keep asking to bring it in to have a game & being a mean mum with one eye on all that could be broken by an over enthusiastic throw, Ive so far said no. Saw this great paper plate/kitchen roll version today & think its the answer, will keep everyone happy. You will need; paper plates, paint, scissors, long cardboard tube & tape. Cut the centre from some paper plates to use as the rings & paint. Take the cardboard tube & cut approx 5-6 2cm slits in one end, flatten out to form flaps & tape those to the bottom side of a plate to create a stand.
