MyTVS to be 200-car service network by 2015 MyTVS (brand name for TVS Automobile Solutions), a chain of multi-brand car service network, is planning to increase its outlets to 200 by 2015. “Currently the company by a mix of company owned, joint venture and franchise mode has 79 outlets spread across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Kolkatta,” Sanjay Nigam, CEO & President, TVS Automobile Solutions Ltd told reporters. “Our main focus of expansion is in North India. We are launching one outlet in Delhi in a month’s time and Mumbai by year end or early next year,” he added. The company on Thursday opened its fourth outlet in Bangalore and seventh in Karnataka. The new facility will undertake repair works for all brands of cars with quality service at affordable cost. The new facility is a 25,000-sq ft facility located off Hosur road. “After our fourth outlet in Bangalore, we now look to expand our service outlets in tier-II and tier III cities of Karnataka in the next 2 to 3 years time. Our comprehensive service portfolio would enable us to provide value packages to big corporate and fleet operators under one umbrella,” said Nigam. He further added, “The addition of this well-equipped service facility will ensure that we are able to provide the last mile service connectivity closer to customer’s place of choice. Our well trained technicians are specialized in handling multi-brand car services and repairs, which will ensure quality service and on-time delivery schedule to customers with complete value for their money.”
