Myanmar Entrepreneurship Development Programme CEFE Training of Trainers (ToT) Course and Coaching Do you want to qualify as a business trainer with a difference? Ever hear of CEFE? CEFE stands for Competency based Economies, Formation of Enterprise. CEFE is a comprehensive set of training instruments using an action oriented approach and experiential learning methods to develop and enhance the business management and personal competencies of a wide range of target groups, mostly in the context of income and employment generation and economic development. It is based on the principle that learning must be fun. CEFE has developed an excellent reputation worldwide as an effective training methodology for all kinds of business situation. It was introduced in Myanmar in 2013. Although CEFE’s training methodology has been applied in a variety of situations, its core focus yet remains the stimulation of growth in the small and medium enterprise development process where the emphasis of entrepreneurs is in improving their business performance. Being a part of this process can be very fulfilling for a business trainer. The CEFE ToT is a four-week intensive classroom training program where participants are first made to experience what entrepreneurs go through in a CEFE business plan development course before they are given the chance to use the method as trainer. The CEFE ToT 2014 is planned to begin on October 20 and end on November 15. What happens after you become a trainer?
