Myself and my team just has the worst customer service experience possible. US Airways (sister company to American Airlines) not only had plane mechanical issues that made us miss our connecting flight but was unwilling to find us flights to replace. The flight attendant that greeted us when we got off the late plane was rude and vocally insulting to me and my team. Making a comment regarding a teams sportsmanship because of a mistake your company made is horrid customer service. On top of that the claim was wildly untrue. We then had to force 13 people into a 10 passenger van for a 3-4 hour drive for the last leg of our trip. The airline also refused any compensation of reimbursement stating to us that as long as they were providing transportation in some form they were fulfilling their obligation. This is the worst flight experience I have ever had. I would suggest to anyone that is considering flying US Airways/American Airlines to rethink that decision. #USairways #AmericanAirlines
