Myth: all carbs must be sweet potato, brown rice etc. If you think there is no room in a healthy diet for theyre starchy carbs...go back home, do not collect$200 - youre still in the less informed and bandwagon stage of food intake (and not I wont use the term clean eating). Find out what real nutritionists with PhD qualifications say before you start spitting bro-science and commercialized glammed-up nutrition advice. Just sayin. Knowledge is power.
