Mzomera Mngwira not to miss Deliberations for 2 days; Deputy Speaker invoked 103 Honorable Reverend Mzomera Mngwira was ordered out of the National Assembly for two days for refusing not to raise a point of order or seek any clarification following the clarification made by Minister of Education on how students are selected to various secondary schools. Mngwira felt that the Minister failed to explain articulately on the issue and refused to listen to Second Deputy Speaker Clemant Chiwaya who then invoked Rule 103 for two days. Other Parliamentarians from North of up to 12 came out saying they are disappointed with the Speakers Decision among them include Honorable Enock Chihana and Kamlepo Kalua They have unanimously agreed that to pressure the house to adopt federal government system for equity in sharing of the resources
