Mzoro of Kibiritine village had a very brilliant son whom he treasured too much. He wanted his son to be a leader once he grows up. This Son of Mzoro had an Achilles heel (Point of Weakness). Once he was irritated, he developed a very high/hot temper and he would always want to revenge. His Father was becoming livid and incensed that his lad may not make to be a good leader. He thought of how to transform the Son’s dogma of vengeance any time he had a hot temper. He told his son that any time he experiences high temper and feels like to revenge, he should go to their live fence and drive a nail through one of the live plants on the fence. The boy could drive as many nails as 50 nails per day. He continued until he became bushed and he decided that even if he experiences hot tempers again he will do nothing. When Mzoro realized that his son is no longer driving nails to the life plants, he asked; Son, what happened that once you get hot tempers nowadays you are not driving nails to plants as I had told you? The Son answered; I became tired of it and decided to be embracing my tempers instead of going to nail plants. Then Mzoro told the lad to start removing the nails which he had driven to a plant one nail every day. By doing so, the Mzoro’s son realized that even after removing the nail, the scar remained on the plant. Sometimes we can be obsessed by our tempers and emotions to do revenge. No matter how we will apologize in future, the wounds/scars will remain for long if not forever.
