In Malawi, MSF works in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the local community in integrated HIV/AIDS projects in Thyolo, Nsanje, Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mwanza Districts. Join one of the foremost humanitarian organizations in the world in a key role in MSF’s implementation of a comprehensive model of HIV prevention and care for adolescents provided through youth friendly services. Support the development of comprehensive youth friendly services for HIV prevention and care at the targeted site(s). Build capacity of health facility staff to provide adolescent appropriate clinical health services, Ensure high quality and appropriate clinical care delivery at youth friendly clinics. Monitoring and Evaluation of Program Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: ► Support the development of comprehensive youth friendly services for HIV prevention and care at the targeted site(s) ► Build capacity of clinical staff to provide adolescent appropriate health services, especially HIV/ART care ► Develop strategies for meeting the needs of youth at the health facility and write SOPs for youth services. ► Ensure high quality and appropriate clinical care delivery at youth friendly clinics.► Mentor and manage MoH personnel involved in counselling and health promotion related with Youth Friendly Services ► Lead case management discussions among Youth Friendly Providers. ► Collaborate and maintain relationships with Internal and External partners to support the adolescent programs ► Participate actively in the Monitoring and Evaluation planning as well as data collection and analysis Required work experience: ► Previous work experience in HIV/Aids of at least 5 years ► Previous experience developing and implementing health or community programs. ► Previous experience working with youth or other disadvantaged populations. ► Previous experience with an NGO is an advantage Educational qualifications: ► Registered Nurse Additional Requirements: ► Highly organized with strong attention to detail ► Skills in technical guidance to MOH staff ► Ability to prioritize and multi-task ► Fluent in English and Chichewa, written and spoken ► Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Windows, Power Point Job Advantages: ► Experience in a well-known, professionally recognised, international medical humanitarian organisation ► Salary package and benefits comparable to other non-profit organisations.
