MÔ TẢ CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Oversee installation to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. - Establish the operation documentation such as operation/startup/shutdown procedure, checklist. - Direct and supervise personnel in the maintaining and repairing of all machines and equipments. - Reduce machine downtime, improve performance of machines and advance preventative maintenance on electrical components and machines. - Establish the M&R procedures, service schedule. - Requisitions materials, parts and supplies required for scheduled operations, M&R. - Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and initiate appropriate actions to be followed in correcting causes. - Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. - Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. - Ensure all operations comply with EHS regulations and policy. Maintain good housekeeping condition within assigned area. - Provide training and coaching to develop the team KINH NGHIỆM/KỸ NĂNG CHI TIẾT - Degree in electrical engineering. - Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment. At least 2 years of supervisory experience required - Hands on experience in power distribution, instrumentation and controls in food industry such as control valves, flow meters, temperature and pressure related equipment, level monitoring equipment, analyzers etc. - Working experience with PLC and PLC programming – Siemens S7 200 and 300 controllers - Ability to read, write, speak English fluently. - Computer skill in relating fields – AutoCAD, MS Office suite - Analytical and problem solving skills - Critical thinking, honest and hardworking.
