Mỗi ngày một ÍT tiếng anh ----------------- Có rất nhiều từ để mô tả rõ hơn về hành động “nói”. Dưới đây là 12 từ đặc biệt thông dụng trong tiếng Anh để chỉ điều này. Những từ này cực kì lợi hại khi bạn phải dùng câu gián tiếp (reported speech) để tường thuật lại lời nói của một ai đó cho một người thứ ba. Khi nắm được các từ này rồi bạn sẽ không phải dùng đi dùng lại những cụm từ quá phổ biến và chung chung như he said that, he told me that… nữa. 1. explain (giải thích): to tell somebody about something in a way that makes it easy to understand 2. inquire (dò hỏi, xét hỏi): to ask somebody for some information 3. shout (quát, la lên):to say something in a loud voice; to speak loudly/angrily to somebody 4. demand (yêu cầu): a very firm request for something; something that somebody needs 5. insist (nằng nặc): to demand that something happens or that somebody agrees to do something 6. stammer (lắp bắp): to speak with difficulty, repeating sounds or words and often stopping, before saying things correctly 7. snap (nạt nộ): to speak or say something in an impatient, usually angry, voice 8. plead (van xin): to ask somebody for something in a very strong and serious way 9. whisper (thì thầm): to speak very quietly to somebody so that other people cannot hear what you are saying 10. suggest (đề nghị): to put forward an idea or a plan for other people to think about 11. boast (khoác lác): to talk with too much pride about something that you have or can do 12. complain (than phiền): to say that you are annoyed, unhappy or not satisfied about somebody/something ******************************************
