N Seoul Tower in Mt. Namsan, a Landmark of Seoul - Namsan walk trails Namsan Trails Namsan Mountain is clothed with natural beauty throughout each of the four seasons, so there’s never a bad time to visit. On the north and south faces of the mountain, a road/walking trail winds up, around, and back down the mountain, providing plenty of space for both cars and pedestrians. The walking trails of Namsan Mountain measure approximately 7km and crisscrosses over the terrain, taking visitors through groves of pine trees and beside gardens of flowers. These trails also lead to historical and cultural points of interest such as the Seoul Fortress and Bongsudae. ☞ Go to Namsan Park [Four Seasons of Namsan Mountain] Circular Walking Trail The trails along Namsan Mountain that circle around N Seoul Tower to the north and south are covered with special shock-absorbing material, allowing visitors to have a comfortable hike as they take in the local scenery. The route takes about two to three hours to complete and is dotted with photo zone signs that point out particularly eye-catching views. The northern route is better for jogging as there are fewer cars, while the southern route boasts groves of pine trees and an observation deck overlooking the Hangang River. ☞ Course: Circular roads on the north and south sides (approximately 7 kilometers) Nature Route Namsans nature route starts at Hangangjin Station (Subway Line 6), passes by the upper side of Bogwang Reservoir and through the Wildflower Park.
