For two generations, the men in their family cultivated their land with crops and fruit-bearing trees. His mother weaves native sumbrero, bayong and banig, while he and his siblings played in the greens. Rence Lee Rapanot lives a simple life but is fueled by big dreams. After graduation, he left the farm and worked as a computer technician. Even with a job and a diploma at hand, Rence still aspires to go back to school and maybe become an engineer or an architect someday.
