NAR’s Land Use Initiative can be tapped to get expert analysis of the legal, planning, economic, and environmental issues surrounding legislative and regulatory land use proposals. We accept submissions on a rolling basis, and our land-use consultant will return a report to your association in as little as three weeks. Numerous associations have found that information from LUI analyses has helped establish them as an authority on land-use issues and increased their ability to shape land-use decisions. 38 associations have already used the program this year!
