Kurutz DATE: 8/9/2014 TIME: 1304 LOCATION: E CHESTNUT ST PERSONS INVOLVED: Arrested - Gary Milazzo E Chestnut St W-B INCIDENT DETAILS: Officers dispatched to the rear of 46 E. Chestnut St for a report of a female shot with a BB gun. Victim stated she was in her back yard tending to her garden. She could hear the the sound of a BB gun being pumped and the occasional sound of the pop as the air was released. She observed her nephew (Gary Milazzo) pumping the BB gun. He was standing on his rear porch, which is two houses away and overlooks her back yard. He began firing the BB Gun in her general direction and she could hear the BBs being shot through the trees which she was standing next to. She walked to the east side of her yard and she heard another pop and a BB came close to her and hit her carport. As she bent over to tend to flowers next to the car port she heard a pop and felt a sting under her left arm. She panicked and ran to her back porch where her 13 year old daughter told her she was bleeding and they called 911. Defendant was taken into custody and charged with SIMPLE ASSAULT-GENERAL, RECKLESS ENDANGER ANOTHER PERSON & HARASSMENT/PHYSICAL STRIKE KICK. LTSO488
