NATURE OF INCIDENT: ASSAULT IRC NUMBER: 140255360 OFFICER: Ptl. D. Kurutz DATE: 12/12/2014 TIME: 1400 LOCATION: WILLOW ST PERSONS INVOLVED: Victim - 19 year old female W-B INCIDENT DETAILS: On 12/12/14 officers responded to Geisinger Wyoming Valley for a report of a gunshot victim. Victim had a visible gunshot wound above the right eye, and another gunshot to the palm of her right hand. She was alert and was able to speak. She stated she was with a white male in the area of an abandoned building off of Willow St in Barney Farms. She does not know his name but has seen him from time to time in the area. He normally drove a blue car but he just got a new car a white Dodge SUV. When she got out of the car she told him he owed her money and he pulled out a long black gun and shot her in the head. Victim underwent surgery at GWV. Investigation is being continued by Dets. Joseph Mangan and Christopher Roberts. LTSO488
