NBB Question from Shell: Wondering if its safe to do a shake diet while breastfeeding?? I have a very hectic lifestyle at the moment - my bubs 2 months, my husband works crazy hours and has lost his license for 3 months so Im running him around, selling a house, looking for a new property And have gone back to work 1 day a week! So needless to say Im finding it hard to get a proper healthy meal in at the moment because unhealthy is more convent - ie fast food!! so is it safe to substitute a meal or two for a shake without affecting my milk supply drastically?
