In addition we are going to continue in engaging the Bank, so as to accomplish an amicable solution to this deadlock, however we warn the Bank as an Employer that our members reserves the right to withdraw their labour if they do not get a sizeable wage increase and an acceptable response to their demands, Once again find our offer as per our previous meetings held and for that of the Dispute resolution meeting scheduled for 2nd June 2013: 1. Housing Benefit = 30% to be converted into a Housing subsidy / Allowance as part of Basic (Gross) salary for all employees in the bargaining unit. With this, we insist on the existing 5% ruling for those with Housing loans to be ceased and are to be replaced by this new proposal on Housing. (Not negotiable). 2. Increment on Housing qualifying limits, as proposed in our preliminary offer. 3. Salary increments of 12% across the board 4.
