NC QUICK PASS has figured out how to SCAM the public. June we received a bill for $3.60 for Tolls. OK fine, promptly paid. A month later I receive another bill for new Tolls and it includes those that I have already paid. Not Fine! I sent a check for the new balance and included a copy of the previous paid check with a note that the balance carried forward was paid. Now I receive a bill saying the first tolls are not paid AND I owe an additional $6.00. Needless to say I have already written a not so nice email and am awaiting their stupid response. Obviously they do not know basic math. Must be a bunch of liberals.
