NCC National Cheer leading Championship Following their recent win during the 2014 ALCU Games Cheerleading competition, the Taguig City University Varsity Pep Squad this time emerged champion of the Group Stunts category in the 2014 National Cheerleading Championship (NCC) held at the Mall of Asia Arena last March 9. The team also placed 2nd during the Partner Stunts division of the NCC and a fourth placer of the College Coed division, while the TCU dance troupe placed third in the Coed College Hip-hop Division. “I am glad that our young athletes have once again given pride to TCU and to our city,” said Mayor Lani Cayetano, adding the victories of the TCU Varsity Pep Squad in various competitions show are an inspiration to all Taguigenos. — at Moa Arena.
