NCSU Surveying Farmers on Biofuel Link: growingsmallfarms.ces.ncsu.edu/2014/12/ncsu-biofuel-survey/ The Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics at North Carolina State University is surveying farmers on factors that influence their interest in growing perennial grasses, specifically, Giant Miscanthus. The survey is part of a USDA-funded study titled Policies to Develop Perennial Grass-based Advanced Biofuel Supply Chains in the Southeast U.S. If you agree to take part in this study, you will be asked to complete an online survey about your general farming practices, your opinions about contractual preferences for Giant Miscanthus, risk preferences, and a few demographics. The survey will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete.
