NECESSITY FOR LIMITED GOVERNMENT By virtue of the tendency of man to seek power and dominion over others it is critical therefore to do the following: 1: Limit government size and powers so that it does not have the capacity to use force and your taxes to act beyond its legitimate power “We have learnt by sad experience that it is the nature and disposition of almost all men, as soon as they get a little authority, as they suppose, they will immediately begin to exercise unrighteous dominion.” – Doctrine & Covenants 121:39 2: Maintain control over taxes stolen by the federal government. a) Push to pass laws in the respective states prohibiting employers in the states from withholding federal income taxes. b) Have the federal government submit an invoice for services rendered in accordance with Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution to the Governors of each state. c) The State Treasurer is to meet with the state legislature to review such invoices and to ignore any items NOT in accordance with Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution. d) The State Treasurer is then to get approval for the payment of such services from the state legislatures. e) The States then authorize the payment of such services on an strictly apportioned basis as per the Constitution.
