NEED AN INTERNSHIP FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER? The National Endowment for the Arts’ Public Affairs department seeks a spring intern (unpaid). Candidates should have strong writing, editing, research, and oral communication skills, as well as a knowledge of social media. An interest in the arts is strongly preferred. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to researching news articles, transcribing interviews, editing interview transcripts, creating media lists using an online database, researching and writing articles for print publications and the NEA’s blogs, compiling and editing the agency’s news clips, as well as developing materials for the NEA’s twitter account and Facebook page.
