NEED SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS HOW TO HELP HIM: Our poor orphan Chi foster baby can’t walk properly. I am guessing a spinal injury at birth. At first we thought he was delayed but it’s very apparent now that something is very wrong from his pelvis down. Amara and I are doing therapy- range of motions, gentle massage, and will be looking at doing some assisted walking with a harness to encourage use of his back legs. I have started to read about water therapy and will do this as he gets older and can handle getting wet. We wanted to start with a small miniature temporary cart for him- Seen some made from leggos. If anyone has personal experience with such things- I am all ears! Also any helpful links and videos to give this fella every chance to walk and be as mobile as he can be. I am very hopeful being so young and still growing that he has a good chance to be able to walk.
