NEED TIPS people! Ive amped the intensity on lifting , and am having a hard time recovering . Leg day is always bad...but now is literally crippling, to the extent that it compromises my other days at the gym & my running . Any suggestions on getting the lactic acid out of my muscles quicker ? Anything I can do? HELP. Or should I just stop complaining and tough it out. FYI I already drink a ton of water , so thats out
