NEEDED URGENTLY!! Patient Caller ( for start-up Bpo company) Scope: Establish both Inbound and outbound calls with patients to verify Insurance details, handle patient statement related queries and any other billing related queries. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect Insurance details and edit patient details in software ß Validate information available to ensure data is accurate in the system ß Explain billing related queries to the patient specific to the statement received by the patient ß Explain the billing cycle process to the patients and the break-up on outstanding patient balance. Develop and implement plans for continuous education across SQ function in the location. ß To set up payment plan/Budget plan and explain the same to the patient ß Follow-up with Patient on any return statements due to incorrect/bad address ß Obtain details of Payment (Credit Card/Check) from patient and post the payments to respective accounts/Dates of service ß Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing information EXPERIENCE: 6 to 24 months of Patient calling experience in a Healthcare BPO organization. ADVANTAGE: ß Knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Practice Act (FDCPA) & Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) will be an advantage.
