NEHRU is guilty of: 1. Accepting Chinese suzerainty over Tibet, in spite of Sardar Patels warnings in writing. 2. Taking Kashmir issue to UN under the evil influence of Edwina Mountbatten, at a time when the enemy was fleeing and our forces were in hot pursuit. This he did disregarding all political and professional advice to the contrary. 3. Bringing shame and dishonour to India in 1962, by ordering an Army which was unprepared, under equipped, without detailed planning, and without higher direction of war, to THROW THE CHINESE OUT. He refused the use Indian Air Force against Chinese disregarding the considered advice of Chief of Air Staff. 4. He destroyed the defense forces of India under the wrong concept of Gandhis India does not need instruments of aggression. When Gen Thamaiya resigned against his ill conceived policies and downgrading of Army, he beseeched him to stay, and then the next humiliated him in the Parliament. He destroyed the Army hierarchy, and appointed his relatives and acolytes to the high posts. His pet Krishna Menon did not let the defence chain of command to function. 5. He brought in the Soviet Model of Development without caring to think if it was suitable to a democratic India, and thus ruined our economy, with License and Permit Raj. 6. He was the BANYAN TREE under which corruption prospered 7. He was originator of Appeasement Policy in Indian body politic. 8. He called himself Pandit but was hostile to the largest religious entity-the Hindus who comprise 85 % of the population, thus bringing in tensions in the society. 9. He founded a DYNASTY by making way for Indra Gandhi to succeed him, by first appointing her as President of INC, and then ensuring that the right people will be there to nominate her when the time comes. 10. He professedly followed Gandhi but was an autocrat. 11. Pakistan was created because of his obstinacy. 12. He offended Americans by his imperious behavior when he visited USA. 13. He was wooly headed and believed sloganeering would help establish India in the comity of the nations through Panch Sheel. When shove came to the push not even a single country supported us in our war with China. 14. Majority of the people favoured Sardar Patel to become the first PM of India, but he told Gandhi either he himself or no one else. Why did Gandhi favour him no one knows.
