NEIL E. TRIPP, 69, NORTH MANCHESTER, IN Neil Lived on lakeside drive Neil E. Tripp, 69, North Manchester, IN died at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2014 in his residence. He was born April 4, 1945 in Jackson, MI to Lawrence E. & Lorna M. (Rusch) Tripp. He graduated from Mason High School, Mason, MI in 1963 and attended Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI for 3 years. He served in the US Navy in Vietnam. On January 4, 1986 he married Kathy L. OBrien. She died July 18, 2000. Neil was employed with Wyeth Corporation, Mason, MI and transferred to American Home Products, Richmond, VA retiring in 2007 after 36 years where he was a supervisor. After retirement Neil pursued his passion for fishing when he moved to his dream home on a lake in North Manchester, IN. He was a member of VFW Post 7309, Mason, MI. He is survived by his mother, Lorna M. Tripp, Mason, MI; one daughter, Kelly K. (Keith) Barker, North Manchester, IN; two sisters, Kathleen M. (Jordan) Odell, Eaton Rapids, MI and Rosanna L. (Christopher) Mouton, Mason, MI; three grandchildren, Austin, Saebre and Katie Barker all of North Manchester, IN and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his best friend, Roger Pritzel of Ann Arbor, MI. Family and friends may call Saturday, September 13, 2014 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Services will be at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014 at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester, IN. Chaplain Forrest Tabor will officiate.
