NEP counties are among counties illegally collecting revenues as they are yet to pass Finance Bills and they are unlikely to get their share of revenue for the month of October from the National Treasury becouse they presented budgets full of pipe dreams about the money they expected to make, or had big holes becouse of wanting to live beyond their means Even when we have a banker and a CPA (K) holder as Governors? NO!
