NERTs proposal includes EVERYONE in our community, region and nation to use a rail corridor which has been left for a quarter of a century to decay. Our proposal is economically viable and is open 7 days a week and has the ability to self sustain. It is proposed to include major events, charity fund raising, fitness, safety, rail and local history, employment, preservation of corridor, economic stimulation, graziers, land care, active rail stations, airports, steam engine societies, tourism dollar and MORE! Many facts and figures are available on world class rail trails.
