.NET Teamleader for International customer Your job You will work as a Teamleader for a Team of .NET senior Developers and as an integrated part of a larger development Team with colleagues in Denmark. The communication language will be English and you will be in daily contact with team members in Denmark. Assignments will primarily be for Danish customers and on different projects Your personal profile Required Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor Degree from a reputable university / institute. Preferably Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration. Prost graduate studies / degrees are considered as asset. • (5-8) years of working experience in a similar or related field. • Excellent command of English language. Technical / IT Skills: • Excellent command of Microsoft ASP.Net & C# programming language. • Very good knowledge & experience with Database SQL, Application architecture (software design ), Agile development & testing, in addition to web technologies of (XML & XSLT ) as well as JQuery. • Good knowledge of Java script programming as well as web technologies of Ajax & MVC. • Fair general knowledge / Familiarity with MS dynamics, sharepoint, MySQL & java & web technology of WCAG. A plus will be knowledge of oracle. • Some practical experience practical of Android & / or IOS programming languages. Personal Profile & Behavioral Approach • High Leadership skills with team work spirit. • Self-motivated with high ability to motivate & coach others. • Excellent communication & analytical skills with a friendly customer oriented manner. • Experience in documentation and specification. • Ability to function efficiently under stress and meet deadlines, while handling multi tasks at a time. • Ability & flexibility to travel outside Egypt, when required by business needs. Supporting Training Courses / Certifications: Possesses an MCP Certification in at least one of the following: Exam 70-515: TS: Web Applications Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Exam 70-513: TS: Windows Communication Foundation Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Exam 70-516: TS: Accessing Data with Microsoft .NET Framework 4 PRO: Designing and Developing Web Applications Using Microsoft .NET Framework 4 You work well as part of a Team and with an ability to deliver – also under stress. You have good spoken and written English skills (company language) and of cause Arabic. Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European customers/companies will be considered as a plus.
