NEVER....EVER.......underestimate the man.... Juan Martinez! I just got caught up on all of the testimony for today and if I had the least bit of doubts yesterday about how this trial was wobbling along, well shame on me! (I was out this afternoon and missed all the testimony until just now.) BAM!!!! WHAM! GAZAM! I can promise you that Dr. Robert Geffner, the expert witness for the defense, had rather be ANYWHERE but sitting in the witness seat right now. Well, he hasnt spilled any pitchers of water so far, thats a good sign! But he cant seem to find a single piece of documentation needed to present to Juan that they are discussing under oath. All he can say is, Jodi told me that. Uhmmmmm.......that sounds more than familiar. Heres just one tiny example of some of the testimony that is taking place right now. Willmott objects to one of Juans questions and Judge Stephens sustains Wilmotts objection. Then Juan begins to speak and low and behold, Willmott jumps up and says to the judge, My witness didnt get to answer the question. (You cant make things like this up!) And Juan replies...Uh, the objection was sustained! Im moving on! (duh) Bet the jurors are wide awake today and on the edges of their seats. Whoop! Whoop! Go Juan!!!
