NEVER GIVE UP OK so I figured out why I have been in a bit of a funk the last few days: The Team Beachbody Leadership Retreat starts today in AZ and so naturally I am seeing tons of posts about it on Facebook. Well, being at this conference this weekend was on my list of goals for THIS year and....well, I was close but no cigar. ;-) It finally occurred to me that THAT was why I have been in a bit of a foul mood. I wanted it really badly....and NOT for the reasons you might think. Sure, Beachbody knows how to pamper their top coaches and while thats fun, thats not what it is all about for me. I want SO badly for my coaches to get to the point where I am in this business....I finally SEE the potential and that the sky is truly the limit!! I could be at the hospital working 13 hour shifts but instead I am making the same amount of money being HOME, helping people take charge of their health. So I want the LEADERSHIP trainings that they give annually at this conference, so I can pass along the knowledge to my team. BUT.....today I woke up to find out that I am officially a ONE STAR diamond coach! I thought that I had one more week of the qualification period so I was shocked to see it today! I am totally taking it as a sign that it happened on the day the Leadership Retreat starts. I will not give up just because I didnt hit my goal...in fact, I KNOW that I will be there next year, and plan on bringing a few of my coaches! ;-) I have 2-3 coaches who are soooo close to Diamond its crazy...so I plan on helping them get there and beyond so we can ALL attend Leadership next year together! Anyway, I share this with you because I like to be real and show you that we ALL have ups and downs....sure, it would be easy to just quit and say things didnt work out. Whether thats with business, your fitness goals, whatever. But Im not going to give up.....are YOU?!?
