NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA Many people - TopicsExpress

NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA Many people assume that posts on social media are mere and don‘t go far. I challenge that perception with a specific reference to a girl who “funny jokinly“ wrote on the use of salt as Ebola cure and within a twinkle of an eye, 87% of Nigerians were rigorously engaged with salt bath and simutaneously drink it, so many people with high Blood Pressure who drank too much of the salt for an instant cure died. What happened in Egypt? Their last revolution begin with one person‘s write-up on a social media like this and before a twinkle of an eye, it socially excalated. A human right activist in Kaduna State displayed pictures of the people that were massacred by unknown gunmen in Southern part of Kaduna State and he was invited and detained by the commissioner of police. ETC. Some people see facebook political debates, posts on politicians who abandone their electorates as mere facebook talks and such people will be shocked in the nearest future (2015). Social media is the highest enhancer of globalisation.
