Theres no need to use this anger technique all the time. Besides, overdoing it may lead to paranoia feelings. Sometimes, it just helps put your mind at ease when you feel certain level or aggression or anger once in a while. This concept of aggression or anger is linked to the hormone of testosterone. Something about that hormone causes one to feel more anxious if one doesnt do something related to aggression to feel more confident.
