NEW Amended First Hull Trains service on Tuesday 11 March 2014 - Due to a train fault First Hull Trains have less trains available to run today. Therefore the following alterations will apply: Departures from Hull 15:10 Hull to London Kings Cross - This train will be started from Selby. Passengers at Hull and Brough may take the 14:57 Northern Rail service from Hull to Doncaster, changing at Doncaster onto the East Coast service departing at 16:05. Passengers at Howden may take the First TransPennine Express service departing Hull at 15:40, changing at Leeds for the East Coast 16:45 service to London Kings Cross. 17:10 Hull to London Kings Cross - This train will terminate at Doncaster. Passengers at Doncaster may take the East Coast service departing at 18:23 which calls at Retford, Grantham and London Kings Cross. Departures from London Kings Cross 11:48 London Kings Cross to Hull- this train will start from Doncaster. Passengers for Doncaster are advised to take the 12:05 East Coast service from London Kings Cross. Passengers for Grantham may board the 12:08 departure from London Kings Cross. Passengers for Retford board the 12:08 service to Newark then see station staff for alternative transport to Retford. Passengers at Doncaster going to Hull are advised to board rail replacement coaches calling at Selby, Howden, Brough and Hull. 13:48 London Kings Cross to Hull- This train will terminate at Selby. Passengers at Selby where this service terminates, may board the First TransPennine Express service to Hull at 15:58 which will call additionally at Howden 20:30 London Kings Cross to Hull - This train will be started from Doncaster. Passengers are advised to travel on the 20:35 East Coast service from London Kings Cross which arrives in Doncaster at 22:22. Then change to a First Hull Trains service, which starts from Doncaster at the later time of 22:35. Passengers for Retford are to travel on the 20:35 departure from London Kings Cross to Newark, then see station staff for alternative transport to Retford. A normal First Hull Trains service is expected to run on Wednesday 12 March 2014.
