NEW BLOG POST: Something Big Is Coming! Yes, something BIG and world class is coming to the Creation Museum. Last year, the Peroutka Foundation donated a world-class skeleton of an Allosaurus, called Ebenezer, to the museum—and Ebenezer is going to be unveiled Memorial Day weekend! It will be opened to the public on May 24. Many of you probably remember the dinosaur billboard campaign we ran for the Creation Museum in 2012. Secularists, as they had done before, accused us of using dinosaurs to attract children to the museum, saying the dinosaurs were “bait.” And you know, we certainly make no apology about the fact that we use dinosaurs to attract people (including kids) to the museum—just like the director of the Smithsonian’s Natural History Museum (who said, regarding a new dinosaur exhibit at their museum, “Dinosaurs are the gateway drug to science for kids”) is doing! The real difference between the Creation Museum and the Smithsonian is that we tell children the truth of God’s Word and the gospel. We explain the true history of the world concerning creation and the Flood—and in doing so we correctly explain the history in regard to dinosaurs and solve the mystery as to what happened to them.
