WOW,,,A NEW MULTI-PURPOSE Colosseum is to be construct WITHOUT TAX DOLLARS and with half the dollars coming from PRIVATE donations and 1/2 from USER FEES - NO TAX DOLLARS from Fort Worth to build it...YEA.....YEA.....YEA.... for the new 1/2 Billion $ MULTI-USE Colosseum...YEA...for Fort Worths main MAN, his work makes ALL of us in Texas and the South West have a better and more enjoyable life because of the things he backs for the betterment of our City. Only a FEW of the expected uses! Basket Ball Ice Hockey Events - Elvis, Johnny Cash and Hank Williams- you get the idea Political Events with the correct size space for em-Texas Democrats & Republicans Conventions are examples Shrine circus Rodeo The Mayor has given her 100% SUPPORT to the project. AND, it is not costing the Tax Payers a dime, is not hitting the Cities bond rating because it is all outside of the City Finances...USERS FEES ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT (just like a toll road- you use and you pay) along with the donations. WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT AND VOTE FOR PROP #1 PROP #2 PROP #3 WHY? SIMPLE. The NonProfitCorporation needs the right to: 1) To charge up to 10% on any ticket for any show in the new Colosseum 2) To charge $5.00 for parking in the NEW, 2,000 car garage to be constructed next to the Colosseum. YEA.parking adjoining the new Colosseum-that will be a change. 3) To charge for the use of the Stalls in the Barn This new MULTI-PURPOSE Colosseum will fill a void for the middle size veniues. BE SURE TO VOTE FOR ALL THREE PROPOSITIONS AND BE SURE TO TELL YOU FRIENDS TO GET OUT AND VOTE. Seems NO one is fighting this but there is always some that will vote agains progress even if it is not costing the City a dime.....I will write more later...
