NEW Disruption to and from London Paddington until at least 10:00 - Signalling problems near London Paddington means journeys are being disrupted and could be extended by up to 15 minutes to and from London Paddington. The following alterations will also apply:London Paddington to Cardiff Central - These services will not run. London Paddington to Bedwyn - These services will run between Reading and Bedwyn. London Paddington to Reading / Oxford / Swindon - There will be a reduced service in operation. There is no firm estimate yet of how long disruption will last but it is likely to continue until at least 10:00.
